You can use the SVM DR workflow pack to perform disaster recovery when the source or destination SVM fails. You can automate this functionality by using the workflow pack from OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA).
The following workflows provide the enhancements to clustered Data ONTAP version 9.0 or later versions:
- Transition the Volume DR to SVM DR
- Clone the SVM DR Volumes
- Create Snapshot Table
The following workflows provide the enhancements to clustered Data ONTAP version 8.3.1 or later versions:
- Create and Initialize SVM DR Relationship
- Configure Protocol Services for storage virtual machine (SVM)
- Activate the Destination storage virtual machine (SVM)
