ServiceNow Integration - SNOWI
The objective of this integration is to supplement the ServiceNow (SNOW) Incident and Change Management modules with data from OnCommand Insight (OCI). It provides an efficient and streamlined process using best practices that integrates data between the products. The main functions of this integration are:
* To synchronize the OCI URL for OCI Hosts and Virtual Machines into SNOW Servers
* To create and synchronize OCI Storage level information (including the OCI URL) into SNOW Storage Servers
* To create Relationships from Host / Virtual Machine to Storage into SNOW (Servers to Storage Servers)

Requirements: 

Network
1. Port 443 and 80 to the OCI Server and ServiceNow Instance.

OnCommand Insight
1. Server URL, User with API permissions and password

ServiceNow
1. Service Now instance name
2. A local user, password and the following roles:
- `rest_service` Allows access to the REST API
- `asset` Allows the reading of configuration items
- `import_transformer` Allows access to import sets
- (Optional) Check the `Web service access only` option for this user
3. Physical hosts and Virtual Machines have been discovered
4. OCI Integration Update Sets
