This is the third of the five phased dashboards for Capacity Management that was used ITIL story presented at Insight in Las Vegas. 
This dashboard depicts the trends of the cost of storage in the environment and compares it to an adjustable monthly budget rate. This can be used to help understand and forecast when additional budget is required to allocate more storage, or understand where reclamation of unused storage can be found in certain tiers.
