						This operations level report shows Volumes by Tier that exceed SLA latency thresholds.  This report is easily modified to change SLA values based on individual customer requirements.  The example is based on Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Tier structures with SLA”™s pre-defined.  The report will only show volumes for each Tier that exceed the SLA.
