Workflow Pack Support Policy:

NetApp will provide full support for workflow packs until the announcement of end of availability (EOA) for a workflow pack or end of version support (EOVS) for a specific version or versions of a workflow pack.
30 days after the date of EOA/EOVS being announced, the packs will no longer be available for download from the Automation Store.
For 90 days after the date of EOA/EOVS announcement, the packs will be under limited support.
After the 90 days of limited support, packs will transition to self-support status.
